Conference: |
The Visceral and Virtual theme of the conference promised much of interest. As it turned out, there wasn't much about cyborgs at all, other than my paper, and two others which were given in the same group, before and after mine.

Presentation: |
On the Friday afternoon I delivered my paper. It was a 'chosen' paper, rather than part of one of the many panels or 'gallery' presentations, and therefore carried the authoritiy of the conference organisers with it. Stelarc attended and complemented me upon it. Also there were two of the conference organisers, Johannes Berenger, and Toni Dove, who came up to me afterwards and was particularly complementary.
