Red Hippo Productions is a young professional theatre company that specialises in bringing imaginative and exciting live entertainment to young people. Founded in 1992 by John Dowty it has enjoyed rapid growth and earely success. The company's shows have been very well received in theatres, play schemes and schools throughout London and the South East.
The Great World Show
Travel around the world in 60 minutes with Red Hippo's Great World Show. Whether you choose to go by train boat or plane, you'll encounter the sights and sounds of many different countries and cultures. From pyramids to skyscrapers, koala bears to polar bears, you'll have a truly global experience!
The Great World Show is a board game with a difference. Played on a huge map of the world, members of the audience become the counters and literally walk around the globe, stopping off at various countries along the way. Like any board game The Great World Show has its fair share of forfeits. Throughout your journey you will find yourself having to sing songs or take part in team games and challenges.
So, let Red Hippo Productions take you on a whistle stop tour of the world and encounter an amazing variety of people, places and cultures. Be prepared to have fun as you join in with the songs and games, but don't forget your passport!
